What’s Included? 

• Admission to All Home Games — Enjoy entry to all home games across all sports, including basketball, soccer, volleyball, and more. 

• Exclusive Meet & Greet Events — Get the chance to meet athletes, coaches, and get behind-the-scenes access during special events. 

• VIP Seating Area — Experience the game from the best seats in the house reserved for All Access Pass holders. 

• Priority Ticket Purchase — Get first dibs on tickets for playoff games, tournaments, and other special WU athletic events. 

Exclusions   

Away Games — The WU All Access Sports Pass does not cover admission to away games or matches hosted by other institutions. 

Playoff and Championship Games — While you have priority ticket purchase options (WU hosted games only), the pass does not include free entry to playoff, championship, or other postseason games. 

Special Events and Fundraisers — Certain exclusive events, Homecoming, Dawn Dance, fundraisers, and non-athletic campus events are not covered by the All-Access Sports Pass. 

Concessions and Parking — The pass does not include concessions, parking fees, or any additional purchases made at games or events. 

Terms and Conditions 

Pass Validity — The All-Access Sports Pass is valid for one academic year, starting from the date of purchase until the end of the academic year. 

Non-Transferable — The pass is issued in the name of the holder and is non-transferable. Identification may be required for entry. 

Lost or Stolen Passes — Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately. Replacement passes may be issued for an additional replacement fee of $10. 

Behavior and Conduct — Pass holders are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior and sportsmanship. Wilberforce University reserves the right to revoke the pass for any misconduct or breach of university policies. 

Refund Policy — No refunds will be issued once the pass is purchased. 

Changes to Terms — Wilberforce University reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the All-Access Sports Pass at any time. Pass holders will be notified of any significant changes.
